I had the oppurtunity to work on model making during my internhip in Rotterdam, The Netherlands at the landscape architecture and urbanism office "Juurlink en Geluk". There I could specializ in urban planning projects and study the Dutch compact cities. I was entirely enthusiastic to discover the way the Dutch are designing their constrained territory, especially with the water issues (dykes, canals) and with the gentle mobility (bike infrastructures...).

Working on those models, I realized the power of modelmaking within the design process and the impact of 3D modelling.
